Any revenue-generating service that makes profit during the project life time, using the resources of the project, must adhere to Horizon Europe rules, i.e., those revenues will be deducted from the grant. If those revenue-generating services are part of the exploitation of results of the action, these are acceptable, but only after the end of the project.

Indeed, for this call, the participation is restricted to legal entities established in one of the following: EU Member States, Iceland, Norway or Israel.

Q & A

The Quantum Pilots of QAC-1 and QAC-2 will be funded according to Horizon Europe rules. Can they still foresee revenue-generating services (like providing MPW-runs) to external users?

Under the "General Conditions" and "Eligible Countries" it appears UK organisations are excluded. Could you confirm if this is the case?
